Bootcamp for Moms & Tots


Take this time to introduce balance into your life and re-energize your body! That's right - by exercising and exerting energy, you'll feel more alert and ready to take on the daily peaks and valleys of motherhood. This 60 minute group session is designed specifically for moms with tots in tow. Exercises will focus on core, balance, strengthening & toning your muscles. Of course, while you're sweating, your little ones will help by providing some weight for strength exercises and lots of giggles along the way.

Body Be Fit Trainers instructing Moms & Tots classes are certified Pre &Post Natal.

If you are a new mother, please provide a note from your physician with a go-ahead to start exercising.

Infants and Toddlers are welcome.
