FREE! This type of class is perfect for anyone - if you haven't moved off the couch in a while or you've just ran a marathon, our Bootcamp will push you at the pace and intensity you need.
Our Bootcamps are very affortable and you can decide how many times a week you want to work out.
You'll meet & work out with a group of people ranging in ages, genders and backgrounds who all have the same thing on the brain: getting & staying healthy. We train based on time - not on quantity, so you are never the last one to finish. In the warm months we train outside in the parks of Calgary. You'll never look at a park bench the same way ever again!
