Kevin Smith - Owner & Certified Personal Trainer


Kevin is the man behind the machine. He's been in the fitness industry in a variety of capacities for more than 22 years - What can we say: a healthy lifestyle keeps you looking young! With all that experience he always tries to pass on his knowledge to his clients in every session.  No matter the style of training Kevin is an expert motivator and instructor.  He's in this business for all the right reasons - we hope you get to meet him and benefit from his experience, knowledge & ability to motivate you like it's nobody's business! .





Shawn Fix - Certified Personal Trainer


Shawn, like a true Canadian boy, played hockey. His coaches knew how to teach him the rules of the game, acquire the skills and techniques to make him a better player and to condition him to be fast, agile and strong. But Shawn soon noticed that there was more to being an athlete than just the game and the constant drills and practices; being healthy and having the knowledge to make the right choices, to train smarter not harder and to share that knowledge was what fulfilled Shawn as a person. A few years passed and a friend asked Shawn for help. Without hesitation, Shawn jumped at the opportunity to share his passion and experience to help someone else. As his friend lost weight (40lbs to date!), Shawn began to realize that he felt a great reward in having been a part of this transformation and decided to become a Personal Trainer. Shawn continues to stay active – in both mind and body – having earned his Diploma in Personal Fitness Training and embarking into the world of Mixed Martial Arts.





Trish Kellett - Certified Personal Trainer


Trish considers herself an old soul when it comes to active living. She says, "I was never the sporty girl in high school and I never thought activity came to me naturally." When her car broke down, Trish had to walk 2km up a rather large hill every day. That first day, she cursed that car the whole way up the hill, but once she got to the top, Trish was hooked! After that active living worked its way into her life one step at a time, literally.

Now, she is the girl that guys want on their team because she works and plays hard. "I love to knock down every new challenge and competition that comes my way... Except for dodge-ball - I still loathe that!"

Realizing the importance of healthy active living, and the benefits it brought to all areas of her life, Trish decided to become a Personal Trainer. "Now I get to share my knowledge with others and gently guide them through their changes, challenges and goals...well, sometimes I'm gentle."
